Ireland Engineering was founded in 1988 by Michael Dean Ireland. Joseph joined the team at Ireland Engineering in 1991. Michael retired in 2007.
Joseph, and his wife Teri, has operated the business since 2008. 
Joseph is licensed to provide engineering services in California, Washington, and Nevada. Joseph has been licensed as a Civil Engineer in California since 1992.
